Order Confirmation
Once you finalize your order (before proceeding with payment), you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order, including product specifications and prices.
After making the payment, a final acknowledgment email will be sent, confirming the total order value and the estimated delivery time.
In case of a partial order or an out-of-stock item, this information will be included in the final acknowledgment email.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your payment is processed, you can track your order on our portal.
We will send an email notification when your order is dispatched, usually within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation.
The shipment email will include an invoice, tracking details, and step-by-step guidance on tracking your package.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please avoid changing the shipping address after the order is dispatched to prevent delivery issues.
Customs and International Orders
We ship products worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to customs clearance upon arrival in the destination country.
Customs inspections can cause delays beyond our control, ranging from a few days to several weeks.
Once the package clears customs, it will be handed over to local courier services for final delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
Domestic orders are typically delivered within a few days.
International orders generally take 15 to 20 business days from the date of order placement.
Delays may occur due to customs processing, natural disasters, political disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please track your order and contact our customer support for further assistance.
Reshipping Lost Orders
While lost orders are rare, we understand that unexpected issues may arise.
If an order is lost during transit, we will either reship the package or provide a refund, excluding any customs duties or taxes.
If your package is not received within 21 days (for both domestic and international orders), contact our support team.
Reshipment requests must be made within 8 weeks of the order placement date.
We are unable to offer refunds or reshipments if a missing package claim is made after 8 weeks.
Return and Refund Policy
If you receive a product with a broken or tampered seal, report the issue within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement and pickup of the damaged product.
Refund or return requests beyond 7 days will not be entertained.
