Action Mechanism

Tazzle 20 mg contains the active salt Tadalafil 20 mg to relieve erectile dysfunction in men. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor that inhibits the functions of PDE 5. PDE 5 is the primary cause of the degeneration of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) substances. When sexually aroused, the body releases nitric oxide to increase the blood flow in the male genitals. Nitric oxide activates cGMP to boost the blood flow. By inhibiting PDE 5, the cGMP flourishes, and its concentration in the erectile tissues of the reproductive organ augments. CGMP relaxes the smooth muscles of the blood vessels and causes vasodilation. It opens and widens the blood vessels to pump more blood into the male genital tissues and reproductive organs. Hence, the man feels hardness and erection in the phallus, perfect for easy penetration and copulation.

Following the mechanism, Tazzle 20 mg relaxes the prostate gland muscles and relieves the high pressure of the arteries in the lungs.

In pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), Tadora 20 mg helps reduce the blood pressure in the lung arteries by relaxing the inner smooth muscles of the blood vessels. As a result, the blood vessels open up. It enhances blood flow in the lungs and reduces the blood pressure. PAH occurs when the normal blood flow gets interrupted or blocked because the lung artery walls thicken. Tadora 20 mg relaxes the smooth muscles in the inner walls of the arteries and dilates them. As a result, blood flow in the lungs increases, relieving the blood pressure in the lungs’ arteries.

For benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), Tadora 20 mg relaxes the muscles in the prostate gland and bladder, relieving symptoms of the enlarged prostate gland

Dosage

You can take it 30 minutes to one hour before the sexual act to enjoy its full benefits. You can have meals or no meals when taking the medication. Avoid junk, heavy, fat-rich, oily stuff in your diet. It may delay the onset. We suggest you take light and healthy meals before taking the medication. If you are taking the tablet, swallow the whole pill with water. Do not chew, crush, break, dissolve, cut, or split the tablet inside the mouth, as it may increase side effects and not produce the desired outcome.

The doctor will determine the Tazzle dosages based on age, need, tolerance, diet, lifestyle, addiction level, pre-existing medicines and diseases, medical fact sheet, and underlying health conditions. A doctor may start with the standard dose of Tazzle 5 mg and increase it to Tazzle 10mg or Tazzle 20 mg or reduce it to Tazzle 2.5mg based on your response to the treatment. You do not have to take it regularly or daily. You must not take more than one pill in 24 hours. Follow the prescribed dosage. Read the label instructions and product leaflets carefully to avoid confusion about the dosages and precautions to increase the Tazzle 20 mg efficacy.

Avoid smoking, alcohol, grape juice, drugs and substances, recreational drugs, vitamin and herbal supplements, and pre-existing and OTC medicines while taking Tazzle 20 mg.

Precautions

Do not take the medication if allergic to Tazzle or other ED medications, including sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, or inactive ingredients.

Avoid taking antidepressants, antifungals, opioid painkillers, sleeping pills, and psychiatric medications alongside Tazzle 20 mg.

Avoid the medication if you are taking nitrates. These medications treat angina (chest pain).

Avoid it if you have heart problems or liver disorders.

Avoid it if you had a stroke, heart attack, or heart failure in the past six months.

Hypertension or high blood pressure medications relieve blood pressure. Taking Tazzle will cause the blood pressure to drop to a risky level.

Similarly, if you have hypotension or low blood pressure, taking the medication can plummet the blood pressure dangerously low. In both cases, avoid the ED medication.

Avoid the medication if you have a bleeding disorder, leukemia, stomach ulcers, or myeloma.

Avoid the medication if you have vision loss, glaucoma, retinitis pigmentosa, non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), or pressure on the eyeballs.

Avoid taking the medication if you have experienced hearing loss.

Avoid taking it with nitrates, riociguat, alpha-blockers, protease inhibitors, antidepressants, antifungals, painkillers, sleeping pills, and opioid medicines.

The common side effects may subside as you get used to the dosages. However, some may persist or turn severe. For them, consult a doctor.
